Call Out Repairs:

We operate this service only in LONDON at the moment. Our experienced technician will come and repair your device at a time and place that suits you.

The Process:

Go to, and click on Book a repair > CALL OUT > Enter Your Postal code to see if we offer call out in your area.

Select your device and tell us what’s the fault.

Once we will receive your order we will contact you to confirm the exact time and location for your repair. Once the booking is done one of our professional repair technician will come to you at work or home to fix your phone in front of you in less than 30mins.

Mail In Service

Our Mail In service is the most competitive, cheapest and quickest way to get your device repaired. You simply post ­in your device to our Repair Centre, once we will receive your device we will repair it same day guarantied and sent back to you the next working day via a tracked, insured delivery service.

The Process

Select your device and chose the fault from list. Send your device to our Repair Centre. We offer same day repair on all our mail in once the repair will be we return your device to you by next day special delivery.

Walk in Repairs

If you would prefer to personally come in and drop off your mobile phone or tablet for repair, we offer a convenient and affordable walk in service.

What happens if you cannot repair my device? Will I still be charged?

We offer a No Fix, No Fee policy. If we cannot repair your device, you don’t pay.

How long will it take to repair my device?

If you require your device to be repaired urgently then use our CALL OUT SERVICE (additional fee applies) if you chose this service one of our skilled technician will come to your home or office to fix your phone in front of you in less than 30mins! Or just select our MAIL IN service we offer same day repair on all our mail in repairs. We also offer WALK IN service your most welcome to one of our repair Centre in London we will repair your unit while you wait.

Who do I contact if I need to make a complaint?

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please email us on We treat complaints very seriously and we will always try and resolve any issues professionally. We will investigate your complaint and get back to you as soon as possible.

I would prefer to bring my device in person. Can I wait while it is being repaired?

Yes, you are welcome to use our WALK IN service, but this is by appointment only. Please call us to arrange a time slot. Most phone repairs will take around 30 mints and iPad repairs take an hour.

How do you return my device?

This service is insured up to £500 and track able, with next working day delivery. We have specially designed box packaging to ensure your device is well protected during transit. Standard return delivery charges apply to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Other overseas destinations are not covered by our standard return delivery and will incur additional charges.

Is there anything I should do before sending in my device?

We recommend that you back up your device and reset it to the original factory settings. This way your privacy is protected and we are able to fully test the device after repair.

How do I send in my device for repair?

Book your repair online. Once you have proceeded through the checkout and made payment you will be automatically sent an order confirmation by email. Follow the instruction and post your unit to below address.

once we receive the device we will attempt the repair. If the problem is more serious than expected we may need to contact you to advise you of a new price.

What kind of parts do you use for repairs?

We use only high quality (AAA) third party manufacturer parts for our repairs. We offer 1-Year warranty.

Is there a warranty?

All our repairs carry a 1-Year warranty except the following:

Liquid damage repair which has a 30 day warranty

Main Board Repair

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major UK credit or debit cards We also Accept Cash or Bank transfer. Note: There will be a small charge of 4% if our customers will pay by card.

Will I lose any data from my device?

For the majority of repairs, your data will remain unaffected; however there are some instances such as liquid damage that could result in data loss. We strongly advise all customers to back up their data before sending in their devices.

When do I pay for the repair?

Payment for repair is made upfront or once the repair will be done we will contact you to make payment.

What happens if I change my mind?

If we haven’t already started your repair, we are happy to return your device to you. However, we do ask that return postage fee.

What if I don’t know what’s wrong with my device?

Sometimes it isn’t obvious what is wrong with your device. If this is the case, we offer a free inspection service. Simply select the ‘Not Sure?’ button on the repair page. Once we receive your device, our technicians will inspect it and contact you with the repair work required.
